On the TCDD Polatlı–Konya and Eskişehir–Pendik high-speed rail lines we installed and commissioned the telecom systems, CCTV infrastructure and SCADA automation — and we still maintain them.

Founded in 2013, HD Teknoloji provides engineering, consultancy and contracting services in electrical and electronic systems, telecommunications, software and information technology. From power installations to extra-low voltage systems, from network infrastructure to bespoke software, we bring complementary disciplines together under a single team.
The coordination gaps that open up between separately contracted firms are the single most common source of delay and cost overrun on a project. HD Teknoloji was structured to close that gap.
We do not say yes to work that cannot be done. We set out the scope, the risks and the limits at the start.
Every job we do has measurements, tests and as-built documentation behind it.
On site, no deadline ever takes precedence over a safety measure.
We stand behind the systems we hand over; the maintenance and support relationship does not end with the project.
We hold manufacturer accreditations, but we design the solution around the client’s need — we do not lock anyone into a single brand.

We deliver four disciplines under a single contract. Everything listed below is carried out by our own teams, under our own responsibility — the coordination burden does not fall on the client.

We take on a facility’s power infrastructure on a turnkey basis, from design through to commissioning. The design, manufacture, installation and testing of medium and low voltage installations are carried out by our own teams, and the work is handed over with measurement records and as-built drawings.

We build the systems that carry a building’s security, communication and information flow as one integrated whole rather than as independent boxes. Because the performance of these systems depends so heavily on the quality of the infrastructure beneath them, we put structured cabling at the centre of the work.

Telecommunications and network engineering is one of HD Teknoloji’s points of origin. We provide end-to-end service from fibre infrastructure to enterprise network design, and from equipment room construction to active device configuration. Our Huawei Service Partner accreditation and our team’s CCNP and HCNP level certifications are the technical substance behind our depth in this field.

We back the quality we commit to with documentation. Our management system certificates are issued by a certification body accredited by TÜRKAK, the Turkish Accreditation Agency.
04 / PROCESS
Seven steps from site survey to maintenance. Each step produces a document, and that document is what carries the project to the next step.
We inspect the site in person and establish the existing infrastructure and the requirement.
We design the technical solution and present it with quantities and costs.
We manage material supply and switchboard manufacture.
We carry out installation with our own crews, in line with occupational safety procedures.
We perform measurements and tests, and commission the system with full records.
We hand over with as-built drawings, test reports and operator training.
We stay with you through periodic maintenance and support agreements.
